Telecompute Corporation Company Profile
Stability
Telecompute was founded in 1986 when we began providing AT&T 800 Service. AT&T 900 service was added in 1989, followed by MCI, Sprint, Frontier, and Canadian Advantage 800/900 services. Experience
Over the years, we have assisted virtually every type of client. Applications include: customer service, entertainment, sports, personals, fund raising, polling, and a variety of specialty programs including a live broadcast from space via 1-900-CALL-NASA. Service
Of course, we offer 24-hour customer service. Daily or weekly call reports are standard. Customized reports are available. Order entry results are available as mailing labels, on computer diskette, or via e-mail. Name and address matching is performed in 24 hours. Itemized billing and carrier detail are always provided. Economy
Our prices start BELOW the tariffed offerings of the carriers. Programming costs are almost always FREE of additional charges. Non-profits and businesses are eligible for promotional discounts. Flexibility
We provide access to a variety of vendors, operators, database matching services and credit and/or phone card debiting facilities through the use of dedicated circuits, our own switched network, and the public network. All to ensure that customers get the best routing and service at our lowest price. Capacity
Our network includes terminations in multiple states and foreign countries. We employ the latest in technology, and are always adding capacity to a network which includes 2,000 voice ports. Security
Regular program back-ups have always been a part of our operating procedure. We employ two backup generators (one for the switch and one for the voice response equipment) to guard against a power failure. Passcodes protect customer access, and ISDN look-up tables help to prevent caller abuse. Whether or not you are new to audiotext or pay-per-call, Telecompute is worthy of your consideration.
