This arrangement carries unique advantages for our customers. As a major wholesale customer, we have direct access to technicians at the respective network operations centers (NOCs). This allows prompt resolution to any potential disruption in service, and even transfer of number(s) from one carrier to another in cases of emergency.

By making our trading partners aware of their competition, we are able to maximize value in services received.

And since we are NOT a carrier, but an enhanced service provider, the value we add to any of these services is not taxed at carrier rates. Rather, we pass along the tax and mandated recovery fees imposed by the government on the considerbaly lower wholesale price of the underlying telecommunications transport.
