Fax Broadcast Agreement and Terms of Use
- Submit the document(s) that will be broadcast by fax to 1-800-533-2FAX (2329) or as a PDF file by email to lauren@telecompute.com. This will be used as a control document to make sure that the broadcast looks just as the customer expects.
- Submit the document to be broadcast in a format that Telecompute can use to set up the broadcast. This can be MS Word, Wordperfect, text format or other format previously agreed to between the customer and Telecompute. The document can have up to five fields of variables that can be merged by the fax broadcast, i.e. Full Name, Address1, Address2, City State and Zip, and Title. (* Loading and manipulation charges apply to additional fields.)
- Submit the distribution/merge database in text or comma delimited format. This is the database that contains thee fax numbers of the recipients and any merge fields that will be used.
