BIZXchange™
The Company Interface

The ‘first impression’ made by any business is important. BIZXchange™ offers auto-attendant services with a variety of connection options Your main telephone number remains the primary point of contact for your organization, but with more advantages. Visitors to your web site / home page can now connect to your phone system, with just the click of a mouse and without leaving your site. And toll free callers come in the same way as they always did, but at a lower cost. Your ‘system’ resides in our network, protected by an emergency generator and maintained by our technicians. You have nothing to buy, and nothing to maintain.

Call Routing and The Main Menu

Callers appreciate being sent directly to the individual who can best deal with their problem or request. Customers have their own set of priorities, and you may want to customize your menu to make it easier for them to get what they want. Calls are completed quickly and efficiently using Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Interface (PRI) digital circuits. Messages are recorded digitally, providing the best in sound quality the telephone instrument used by the caller will allow.

Special Departments Within The Organization

Certain departments within the organization are contacted more than others by clients. Customer Service and Sales are examples of departments that are the driving engine(s) for many organizations. For ease of customer use, primary departments are listed, with subcategories readily available. All routing requests are made from the callers’ touch tone phone key pad, and requests may be made at any time during the menu process, without wading through information in which they have no interest.

Sub-Categories And Special Features

The Sales Department is one example of a department that should leverage its resources as much as possible, even at night and on weekends. In addition to connecting with sales agents during working hours, callers may elect to listen to recorded information about company products, or upcoming events or sales promotions. The automated fax on demand feature lets callers request and receive copies of organization literature and information on any fax machine they choose, anywhere, at any time.

The Enterprise Directory

You don’t have to spend big bucks on telecom services to have an automated system that presents a ‘big’ image to the public. All of your employees, at any location, can be listed in the directory using a methodology of your choice. Entering the first three letters of the first or last name works well as an indexing/retrieving system. The Directory announces the full name and extension of the individual matching the three letter key pad selection, and offers an opportunity to connect. Organization members listed may reside anywhere in the world, not just at the home office, and the caller will connect promptly to the telephone number programmed into the system for that individual. Our long distance and international rates are so cheap, you may want to include some frequently called customers in a subdirectory to save even more money.

The Telephone Meeting ‘Room’

Now your phone system can have all the power of a system costing hundreds of times more than you will actually pay. That’s right, you can have clients, members, or prospects call your main number and attend telephone meetings for a group of virtually unlimited size. A conference for 40 people? No problem! It’s part of the service.

Operator Assistance

There is nothing more reassuring than the sound of a human voice. That’s why we think it’s important for callers who require operator assistance to be able to receive it. Callers may elect to reach the operator, and any caller who fails to enter an extension or selection will automatically be routed to the operator. If your organization doesn’t have an operator/receptionist position, the system is completely compatible with any number of live answering services or operator assistance companies. They can even answer with your company name, because the transferred call is identified as coming from your company.
