Recording of audio conferences is available with very little notice, due to our state of the art digital recording equipment. While we prefer advance notice, recording takes very little time to set up.

Customers have a variety of choices available for disseminating the recorded information to interested parties.

1. Via 800 Number : The client is given a unique toll free number and pass code to access the designated recorded conference call. Each caller will hear the recording, from the start, no matter when they call, and no matter how many other listeners are in the line at the time. (If desired, cusotmers may use their designated audio conference number for 'playback'. However, the designated number cannot be used for 'playback' and a live conference at the same time .)

2. Via The Web : The client is given a unique resource locator (URL) or web address where the individual may reach the digital recording of the call. The listener must have the VoiceLog Audio Player installed in his or her PC, or be willing to download a free copy available at the site. Click here for installation instructions
